Hello Develter,
After going onto his Twitch, he did play on GuildCraft which means his stream was GuildCraft related - so this is not punishable.

If you promote something which is GuildCraft related, it’s completely fine as long as you aren’t spamming the link.

You posted your imgur link yesterday and he streamed yesterday. All links in well with my core inspect logs too.
