1. No, we suggested them and hope they will be in the next reset.

2. Normal ranks only have cosmetic aspects like particles flying around you and Sell Booster & Fly Booster if your rank is high enough. Legacy Ranks grant you permissions on many things, like AFK-Timer bypass (DemiGod and higher), permissions for /fly (Legend and higher), different kits and many other things you can look up on https://buy.guildcraft.org/ .

3. The next reset will probably be on 1.13 since the plugins and co. we are using are mainly running on 1.13 so far, as far as I know, not sure.

4. Yes, using any kind of hacks or modifications to gain an unfair advantage compared to other players are forbidden and banable. You can ask staff if you are not sure if a Mod you're planning on using is forbidden or not. Please don't just use Mods without making sure they are not forbidden since "I didnt know" ain't an excuse for breaking the rules.
