IMO this isn't really enough evidence all it shows is the chat logs of the person mining.

And is it just me or does the actual video speed up during the mining especially at 00:18 - 00:22 when that player flies past in the background.

But anyways @NinetyNine

 

The Player Respawned and you can see the reaction in the Chat. And you can see my FPS left. Same Speed.
