Description/Explaining: Miroxich set his home inside my base which is a claimed area and he used C-eggs to raid it. All my walls are still up and he said it himself he have set home there

 

me and miroxich raided ur base last time so he said he have sethome to thet base thet u renovated. That base we raided is our enemys old base we raided it like 3 weeks ago so he didnt remove his sethome and he teleported to ur base.Theres no rule sthet sethome at other claims faction

Teleporting to a sethome to claims other than your factions claims is NOT allowed. If you are not in a faction it is still not allowed
The rules clearly says that you're not allowed to set your home on a claimed land other than YOUR faction's claim and that miroxich set his home inside my base which is claimed and took 200+ of my cow spawners

 

First of all we would like to have some more proof but seeing what DaRain saying it seems his brother really had a home set in the claims and if we find it then we will take actions. Also its not at all allowed to set home in enemy territory its clearly stated in the rules.

 

What kind of evidence do you need? Isn't it enough he confessed and his brother says so too. Look at the second screenshot and read the chat, please get back to me, thanks.

 

Me and my brother already raided thet base last 4 weeks so he sethome there its already open that time so he sethome while we are moving the loots btw theres no rules thet no sethomes on enemys claims your fac is just a new fac so its not your base that time

Sure you can give back our spawners back and I will not have a problem with your brother being on the server but i want to clarify that your brother actually f enemied us when you left and killed me, making us NOT allies. We never do anything about it again.
Once more the rule says NO sethome in claimed land it doesn't say enemy or neutral so its still not allowed

 

Btw itsmepro120 u can go at warp rules only insiding is the rules about it
