Sorry to hear you can’t connect to our Network - but you are not giving us a lot of detail to work upon. Could you please send a screenshot of what you see in-game so I can assist further?

There is several options you may need to do if you can’t login - and this depends on what situation you may be in.

You may need to:
- reset your password
- make an unban appeal if you’re banned (or restart your router/switch ips with VPN if your account isn’t banned)

Please reply and let me know what is the problem.

It seems like you’re trying to connect to BackPlay which isn’t our server. We are GuildCraft.
Have you sent the correct screenshot or have you written on the wrong forum?

@Xeph that may be from when he logged into backplay then went to guildcraft. I think he just needs a password reset because it isnt telling him to /register
