After asking multiple opinions about this, we've came to the conclusion to not ban him.
Why? 2 points

1) The act where it happend was too small, it was like 1/2 seconds where you saw something happening, it also was pretty laggy
2) You can't see the name at the end of the guy in the air

So next time a longer video proof or multiple video's
