Description/Explaining: So the deal went down like this.
Since he is croatian we spoke firstly in our native language then i said to switch to english due to him possibly scamming(what has happen ofcourse).

You got all evidence above and it speak for itself.

Also his main account is i assumme frakicar on which he had transfered the 100k since he was messaging me from 2 accounts at once.

 

Scamming is allowed. Only scamming involve euros are not allowed, although in this case it's an euro trade [ 100k for a 25 euro rank as i saw in those screenshots ]. You are the one who paid first which is in-game money so it's an in-game money scam.

 

This is not punishable. Ask an admin before trading. No refunds will be given, either.
