Today, I logged on factions and found 6 people playing it I was shocked of the damage that have been cussed by the lag its really shocking that the server player- base number has decreased especially that the reset has taken place before 3 weeks ... i was actually thinking of a good solution for this issue but they only think i thought of is Resting the faction server again now some people might say thats its a really new map . why would staff reset the server * Its because the faction sever started hitting a bad number of players , lag and bad competition level in a addition a lot of big players have quit the server . *Admins just keep ignoring the problem and keep doing events with buy craft items rewards and store items give aways thinking that this will help the server , but it mad it MUCH worst * is Lag actually cuesed by dedossers at the first place ? if you watched mango first video on reset (which is been deleted after him quieting guild craft) you would see the first thing he actually said is "the server is lagy" not just at the start he said that for the whole video which is impossible to happen by a dedosser because players didnt get kicked for it and it would take 10 secs to atleast start dedossing the server but it just was a server lag because of the new plugins that have been added that the server couldn't handle it such as /f fly , /f tnt and alot more if you will add a new feature to the server you must a make sure the server would handle atleast resting the server is not the only solution for this problem i believe you guys have better ideas at the end , im not really a good writer or a staff member but Im just pointing out the facts that i realized recently ...
The lag has been long resolved, but problem is that by the time the lag got fixed most people had enough lag for a lifetime. At the time, the lag was partially caused by someone botting the main server, but it was also because of a particular plugin (which has long been fixed). As for now, we are working to fine-tune issues, next reset should not have any issues. Thanks for your post. <3
