This bug happened to me when I was warping to End, there were no mobs there or anything I just simply died for no reason and thank God I got my stuff back too. According to other players it has happened to them too but I have no recording of it happening since it happened all of a sudden.

I died using /warp end, I also died again just now using /home at the time of this reply. Please fix this asap, I don't feel comfortable playing Survival with this bug.
The bug occurs whenever a player [/warp, /pwarp, /tpa, /home, /spawn, >respawn<, logged in into the server]. -note: it even happens if you are teleported in already loaded chunks from your perspective, this means if u have a base where ur sethome is at the top and ur farms are at the bottom, the bug has a chance to occur (trust me, it happens to me all the time [wich sucks af]). @keeskaassouffle @Jacky20
