»Cant connect to the server

I dont have screen shot

I dont know wether this is a problem or not

But my account couldnt connect to any server and keep on sending me back to the lobby

if anyone knows what caused this just reply below

You haven't really provided much information about why you cannot login - here's several issues which could potentially help.

Banned:
You could be banned but not ip banned, hence why you can go into the lobby and fly around but cannot go to the servers. If this is the case, please provide your IGN you use to play on GuildCraft to see if you're potentially banned - if this is the case you must make an un-ban request here: https://www.guildcraft.org/forums/unban-unmute-requests.16/

Connection Problems:
Try using /server <server name> to connect to a server quicker.
If you're currently using play.guildcraft.org's ip, try using play.guildcraft.nl to see if the connection is stronger or weaker. This could potentially help.
GuildCraft is not compatible with 1.13 yet, so only join GuildCraft on versions 1.12.2 or below.

It'd help if you could tell us your IGN, and a picture of what you currently see in the lobby.

Xephanez i have already made an unban request recently.Thankfully a staff have accepted my ban appeal but after i waited for 1 day i check to see wether i am unban or not turns out i couldnt even get in to any of the servers so i went back to try again but no changes were made i try to message a staff they said i should be unbanned. Oh and by the way i did the same as my other account and it works but didnt work in my main account.i tried all of the methods above but still no changes are made.I am confused.

What is your IGN? I will look to see if you're still banned and if your IP is banned.

If your IGN is Shiatsu as it is on Forums, you have yet to be unbanned, but forum names can be different to in-game names.

If i were ip banned i wouldnt have got in to the server

 

I was checking to see if both account and ip is banned, and because you can enter the lobby and make another account you're just account banned.
Can you send me a link to your ban appeal? And please screenshot you in the lobby trying to connect to a server or else I cannot help.
Also please do not make any alternative accounts as this can lead to ban evasion and a decreased chance to get unbanned etc.

Thank you, you have yet to be un-banned as your ban is still active on our network. I cannot unban you as I am merely an admin, so a Head-Admin+ will need to assist you for that.
Be patient as the Head-Admins+ have a lot of appeals and unbans to do, alongside support tickets and other important matters.
