»Server throwing players back to lobby

I have watched all day as others come on then get kicked right away.
Today Vegetahon, Swayla & I ALL had the same issue.

I just tried 8 times to go to survival, I get in only to have the server send me back to the lobby.
After going back to lobby it is taking about 3 min before I can try to get back to survival the compass never works so I have to type /server survival
When I do get back it AGAIN throws me back to the lobby.

WHY CAN'T WE GET THIS RIGHT?

 

Same thing has been happening to me for the past 2 days. Hopefully we get a fix soon.

it is also happening to me as soon as i try to connect to survival or in my case any other sub server it says in chat connecting to survival then sends me back to auth and then back to lobby
