The word to be unscrambled was "ksy" and someone who doesn't speak english tried to unscramble it saying "kys" and got muted for 3 days without an explanation what he did wrong or how to make unmute request.

I think there should at least be a warning because most players don't even know what "ksy" means and it isn't really a word.

I am not making this thread to complain about staff, everyone makes mistakes even staff that is normal. This is only a suggestion to change the rules a little to prevent this from happening again.

Also add an automatic message when someone is muted to explain how to make unmute request and link to forum. I don't know if this already exists because I haven't been muted for months.

And this "kys" is just an example, there are more (possibly wrong) mutes like this. (Too many)

 

suicide isnt a joke and telling someone to kys is not okay, this kind of mute is non warnable and shall be muted. But judging from this story it seems the player did not intend to say kys or even direct it at someone, meaning no mute if it was an unscramble mistake. But if the word kys was found directed at a player mute stays please message me pic of proof. Thanks again

 

It was not directed at anyone or anything, all he said was "kys" after the unscramble word appeared.

 

well ill have someone check the logs thanks again, it would also help if you put his IGN here thanks. But regarding the word kys its still mutable if found directed at players, no warns shall be made this affects both new/old players. And about the

The unscrambled word would've been 'Sky'

Words frequently in the unscramble are words related to MineCraft such as "trapdoor, minecart, keeskaassouffle" - the word 'kys' is an abbreviation and wouldn't be a proper unscramble word because,,, well its against the rules to say 'kys'. It'd be a bypass.

Yes that's right but the muted player didn't speak english very well and didn't know how the unscramble word works.
In other words he didn't know any word with the 3 letters so he just tried.

 

You don't know if the person was saying "kys" intentionally since you were also talking about innapropriate suicidal subjects. I've already told the Head-Admins about this issue but until it's resolved, all players that say "kys" will be muted with no further warning.

The player has been unmuted, for this time.
