»This Fast_Pot guy stole my thumbnail

If you guys don't know, I'm a graphics designer.


I noticed that he was using my thumbnail I created months ago when I was garbage at GFX, I was literally laughing so hard he was using it and when I asked why he's using it, he said he found it on google and changed the color.

I have tons of proof of him using my thumbnail.
Proof 1:


That was 2 months ago when I was talking to my friend (@SomeStrangerOG) and I used to live stream on another server and made a new one for myself.

Proof 2:


I used this thumbnail yesterday on the wrong channel accidentally, this isn't much proof I actually made it but it's proof he didn't get it from Google because the full image isn't ANYWHERE on google but it's on my PC since I made it.

Luckily I streamed yesterday on the wrong channel lol

Proof 3:


I created the image months ago that's proof.
I might have a PSD file somewhere or I might have deleted it, I'll try my best to get it back

Proof 4:
Notice how in the thumbnail there's some black lines going around in a mess behind the text


I made those lines, I use the same exact lines in EVERY single one of my thumbnails
Notice how I have the same lines in all of my thumbnails, it's part of MY custom pack I made months ago (the pack is private btw)

By the way, for the people wondering, this is my thumbnail I'm currently using for live streaming (I'm making one for Anni soon)


You can see the layer styles which is proof I own it.

For those who don't know who he is, he was live streaming and basically, all the staff raided him and everyone followed him and it was fun xd

Should I strike him? I have enough proof (he gave me credit but I said I don't want credit, I wanted him to remove it but he didn't)
