Description/Explaining: For unknown reasons this user start to interrupt the game, asking for attention, asking me to give him resources, like vote keys, for example.
Maybe, he is bored, i don't know... but this became harassment (please see pics)

 

That is of no where harassment, you could have easily /ignored them but chose not to. You had some bad behavior as well in game that not only caused me to warn you but, it probably caused this.
