Edits are in RED. Deleted stuff is in GRAY. Face the facts guys: Anni is dying. We had 100+ players when 2.0 first came out but now we're back to 20 (40 on Saturdays). This means that we don't have the 24 players required to start a game for most of the day. That's why I suggest adding a new feature that tweaks the start requirement instead of having the timezone thingy. Here's how it works: 1) All games start at 24 players 2) If 10+ one or more people are in a lobby, a 3 5 minute countdown begins. If a new player joins the game, the counter is reset The countdown only resets when everyone leaves that lobby. 3) If the countdown is completed, the required player limit decreases by 4. 4) If the game still didn't start, steps 2~3 are repeated until the game starts or the required player count reaches 16 (12 on mini anni).
i didnt read it all but i still agree 1+ ps. are u trying to get some attention? u just made 2 threads about this
it's a good idea but if it resets everytime someone joins some players going to leave and join again and again to get some attention and it's going to be annoying
So if people join/leave a lot (very typical), the countdown will never hit 0 and the player amount requirement will never decrease.
why dont we get more players instead of having to accept anni is dying. lets be optimistic and think of ways to get more players
