    Same, we all typed /friend or something similiar and it kicked us, now we're unable to join

    Probably all authentication servers are down. Same for the lobby`s. The bungee has no server to send you to.

    try this see if it helps!
    If you use :
    play.guildcraft.org then use : play.guildcraft.nl
    If you use play.guildcraft.nl the use play.guildcraft.org

    If you still have the problem then try restarting your router.

    If you read the error she posted you know its not a client side problem. Its a problem with connection between bungee and the default(lobby) servers. And regarding the fact she gets a message from the bungee, it wouldn't help using a different ip adress.
