»password help

Hi,
i used to play on this server a lot back in 2015 and i stopped playing minecraft for a while...
i believe i forgot my password on the server. is there anyway i can get it reseted ?
+ i had vip kits for prison i hope they dont go away.

my username in game was: frachlitz12
i also forgot what my forum email and password was but i still have the email i used for the purchase for all of my kits.
