If SwagY was your account and you want to log in to that account, select SwagY as the username and go on the server, then enter the password. If you don't remember the password, make a support ticket and try to give as much evidence as possible to prove that SwagY is your account. I know this answer has already been given but this is pretty much the only answer and there is nothing more you can do.
