So I was playing just drilling for a new base went of onto cosmic craft came back and it said my password was wrong so I left joined back and it said you are already connected to this proxy so I asked some admins to check if I was on and they said yes so I'm wondering if I can a new account and get my rank and title back I had donator and illuminati title

I can't I asked admins to banned account plus the guy who has my account done that
