»Unban requests and support tickets getting ignored?

Hey guys,

It may be just me but I have filed three support tickets for a wrong payment that haven't been replied to and an unban request which did not get a response of any kind either. Any idea how I can contact aXed in the right way to ask him to take a look at it because I have waited a week and nothing has been done still. Also directly contacted some admins but they ignored me as well, leave me some comment if you've experienced something the same.

About the Support Ticket: Support Tickets usually take awhile to get a response, cause very few Staff have access to them.

About the Unban Request: Only the Admin that banned you is allowed to unban you (unless we're directed by an H-A to unban) and if that Admin is busy in any possible way, it may take some time to get an answer

+ It's really hard to contact aXed directly, but he will probably see your support ticket soon. Either him or @Rabascm
