Description/Explaining: Jaytrip20, offered to sell frontclaim 4 claims and laid about it, so I should pay half of the price so he unclaims then and then i pay rest. So i payed heim 1.3M and he just left, and then said to give me the rest or i will not give you anything...
So i felt like beeing scammed so i didn't pay anymore, and just now he said that He is a scammer, well i gues Scamming may be allowed but still.

 

Sadly In-Game scamming is allowed so you can't get him ban or anything. But thanks for the awareness!

 

In-game scamming isn't bannable indeed, like the player above here mentioned.
