So, you removed sethome, in neutral territory. But i think its already too late for that, its been 3 days now, if someone had to sethome they would've. So what i think needs to be done is, -Remove sethome in any claimed land enemy or neutral or ally territory. -Do not allow tp to claimed land(enemy, neutral or ally territory) . This is pretty much gonna boost reusability of bases, cause you only get 8 corners during 1 map, not being able to reuse your base after a raid sucks. -Allow chests to be opened in claimed land.
whats the point of not allowing homes then, when people already have tps to the corners thats what they do, i have tps to 3 corners, which are possibly gonna become bases of good facs, no one wants their fac to get raided because somebody sethome when the base wasn't built.
If you're trapped in someone's pvp trap, like all the ones around the warzone, and a player is about to kill you, all you would need to do is log out, and log back in later! So, that would leave it open to abuse ;/
As per our convo ^^, Homes will be sorted after we've resolved all the lag related issues. Not entirely sure how we'll handle it since it was a stupid move on our end to introduce this feature days into the reset. After the homes issue has been resolved I will be the one manually removing users homes at request. All access chest function will be decided after this too since we're not going to allow this feature knowing that you can run /home and clean out an entire base lol. TP functions will remain, not going to block all access to land unless you people want that > poll on this maybe? Logging off in claimed land can look at introducing a feature like that. Again will do a poll on this later. Could be abused by example; users falling into traps > logging out > logging in and boom escaped trap. There are a few ways in which this can be worked around though. Thanks for all the suggestions and feedback, keep it coming ^_^
Here is what I say - first, allow homes to be set everywhere. It's annoying that you have to claim land first, so then you can set a home there. It's not like it's the faction home, so there is no need for that, am I right? Therefore, you should be able to set your home in both friendly and neutral territory, but also in enemy claimed territory, in case you need to raid a base. Not everybody has /pv, remember that. And that's pretty much what I think it should be done. Setting a home in unclaimed territory mustn't automatically claim land around it. Best regards, Karamel43
