    Since mainly all other lower tier ranks are BUFFED to Prot 3 diamond gear with the same exact cooldown as Legend kit..
    My suggestion is that you buff legend kit or lower the kit's cooldown all the way down to 2 days or add gapples to it or something.

    Buff legend kits tools to eff 5. Donator should be p1 dia, vip p2, hero/elite p3.
