you forget the abuse part so that people will like you as admin and then u get promoted to head admin because they think players and staff like you and then u abuse more so you go down as the fun guy who actualy abused to create fun in the game. wich only affected the new players who ar randies.

second thing u can try:

join server and be like; hellow iam from planetminecraft can i be staff i have experiance!!

 

If you didn't already notice, these things are relatively obvious to try. If not; the fact that minecraft's majority is mostly 5 year olds, would be proved true.
