»Why does my skin and cape not show up?

Ok, my skin and cape do not show up even the account I am using is premium, I do not own the account but it is STILL PREMIUM! It still doesn't work. Some people say it looks like a steve skin, some people say it looks like a alex skin. Ples help?

 

You can try typing '/skin update' in the lobby when you first logged in.

 

Note: you must relog after you’ve done /skin update in the lobby.

Use /skin update in lobby then log off and come back on

 

Guys I've done everyone of these suggestions, it still doesn't work.

Sometimes it says "this is not a premium account supported by mojang." When I used to play on this server with this acc, it always used to work.

 

I do not own this account, also it may be the launcher do you suggest any good cracked launchers? I will also check out the video.

 

Nope, because a few months ago my skin and cape worked with this account on this server.

 

My forum account is yes, but not my playtime history.

 

Oh, alright then. It doesn't matter anyways, the steve/alex skin is original xD
