I thought I already answered a suggestion like this. It can cause a lot of problems. Player A is fighting Player B. Player A is killed and Player C kills Player B. It's not a ks since the other guy is dead, but the plugin thinks it is a ks. So, the coins/score goes to Player A. And we have no kitpvp dev so even if everyone loved this idea it wouldn't matter anyways. No kitpvp dev or kitpvp builder. Playerbase goes down to 0 in the evenings. #HailKitPvP

Could you explain to me why lol? Because I got higher ping that most players in the server, everytime I got someone to low health, all it takes for other players with lower ping is the finishing move to take the kill away from them (even though I'm the one who's trying to get the victim to die). It can sometimes be frustrating. Thank you for your feedback, I can see where you go with this. But, they can make it so players who have died recently in KitPvP and didn't come back with a kit will not be able to receive any kill-assist perk (Idk if it's possible though, it would be nice if someone can code it, I'm praying to @Jonodonozym if he's KitPvP dev xd). Anyways, the suggestion that I made here is posted in the Someday project (I was accepted in it), and I hope that more people will know about it so they can decide whenever they want it to be implemented into the server or not.
So all you need to do is check if player A dies while fighting B, and if so prevent them from getting the kill assist ... Sounds way too hard for me to do, sorry, totally can't do that. Jokes aside, I think this idea sounds reasonable, so I'll bring it up with the man up top whenever he's not busy. Would be good for annihilation too.
This will invite more kill stealers, unless they could invent a ban system that could ban kill stealers whenever they steal a kill, which I wanted that to happen since ages ago. How it works? Well, pretty simple. If you were not the person who have tagged the player around 15 seconds each, then it isn't your kill until the timer is over. IF the kill stealer tries to give it a go on killing the target in that 15 seconds, you will be banned for 3 days. Reason: Kill stealing
No. A LOT of new players would be banned. And 15 seconds is insane. Player A is fighting Player B. Player A runs out of soup and leaves and Player B doesn't chase. Player C comes along and kills Player A. It's not a ks since they both stopped fighting, but it was in the 15 seconds so he's banned anyways. And I don't think it would work even if it was 5 seconds. That stops 2v1ing (which players do against hackers, runners, a-holes, etc). There's some players that would like teaming to be bannable. Personally, I think it adds to the fun. Some noobs get a team of 3 guys and you get the privilege of taking them all out yourself. Or, you get your own team together and show them the error of their ways. TL-DR: Nope

nahhh just do it by most damage inflicted/taken. then if you are targeted and getting dropped, and u do 1 less hit than equal and the other person doesn't take any damage, you would get more than half the kill reward
