it would be a good idea if aXed could make another ip host for server.

Ex.
Default: play.guildcraft.org
2nd: play.guildcraft.nl
New: play.guildcraft.us <- host in the US

this is just an example the Default and 2nd is working

 

I'm not a genius when it comes to this hosting stuff... Are you proposing the opening of another server based in the US?
But however, +1 if it makes less lag

there's asian players too, that this idea is pretty decent but you're just thinking of yourself most asians play with 125-140, if it gets hosted in the usa asian and some of eu players will get high pings than usual

 

Maybe the US server could get hosted in California or Hawaii so Asians would be slightly nearer to a better server? Not really sure if that would be a better option or not as Asia may actually be closer to Europe. Or an entire server could be hosted in Asia instead of the community from there having to connect to another server in a different continent.

 

TFW most of the players are from EU and Asia but a retard makes a suggestion to move it to US and expects it to be implemented.

 

just make a host at the center of the earth(not really the inner center) to make it equal....

 

Are you honestly retarded. Players don't leave because lag is too stressful. Only in very strange places in the world you will get bad ping. It's mainly your internet right now. Also, GC has 150 people online at one point. We aren't going to split that into two servers that's just a horrible idea. Get better internet. GC is hosted in the netherlands and will always stay in the netherlands.

It was suggested before, but aXed denied it since It's too costly to host the server like that.

 

Why not just create a different host for every different country in the world?
