Wanna start this off with explaining what is going on with me first. I completely understand why people assume it's all about the money but that is partly true. Now the partly point is the fact that I do this for a living so yes money is important. That doesn't mean that that is the main motivation for having GuildCraft. I care deeply about the server and would love to do a better job at managing it but progress is slow.

The main reason for the decline of GuildCraft is my personal state of mind. I haven't been myself for more than a year now and especially the last half year was hard. I'm dealing with chronic depression and the lack of free time due to my education. I started an internship this February which was 4 days a week plus one day of school. Internship, school, normal household stuff like cleaning, cooking and the server combined broke me. It broke me so bad that my girlfriend of 3.5 years left me since I wasn't myself anymore. I'm still recovering but doing allot better now thanks to the vacation but I'm not my old self yet.

This here above is why I'm not as active or at least don't look as active as before. And believe me, I hate myself for not being able to simply talk to people or concentrate on my work every single day. I realise that this has a huge effect on how things go and how things look but I'm trying to improve.

Not gonna promise anything yet want to find out if I can just let you guys notice that things are going better.

Anyways, thank you for taking your time in responding, you didn't have to share this all publicly, but I truly respect you for doing this.

This has shown me that I didn't understand the whole situation and I will indeed keep working harder to support the server with my suggestions/ideas.

What's important now is that we know aXed is getting better, and we know there's a bright light at the end of the tunnel.
Which will encourage me to work even more daily on suggestions and work with my group of friends on making guildcraft a better place.

Hello @aXed, It was hard, Very hard to listen something like this from u, and Same as Vojkea said ''in public'' !
It was great courage from u to say this but, If u don't have time for GC, or u have a little, u can promote people so that they help GC.

Promote people who can listen to every single suggestions, I've seen @Rabascm Working all the day for GC, he is really nice guy, he responds to all people ''who have ranks or no'', and in a little time, he respects people, he do every thing which can help GC, we need people like Rabascm, people who are active and respectable, even if they don't have the requirements, I've seen @Vojkea 's Suggestions, they are quite nice and can help GC a lot, even if some of them don't help, a lot of them do, aXed, I don't say this to help Vojkea to be staff, I do write the reply to help GC.

This days, lots of players getting staff, this doesn't mean the GC is becoming better...
GC becomes better if we got more lots of well chosen rules, or something like ''New rules''.
And Perform your duties in the right time, for example (prison's reset ) this was told from about 4-5 month ''only''.

A lot of new players enter prison and find only 3-4 players online, i wanna show u this:
How can someone play it if this happens? He'll just go OFF and find another server.

Dear aXed, we aren't telling u that the false is 100% on u, its the administration of GC.
A lot of players without ranks, Apply but none get staff, recently the server wants ''pay to winners''.
I've applied for mod and my application was denied for no reason, not telling u to make me mod, I'm telling u how ONE way of making GC better community, Promote ppl who are active as on skyblock @kachun the only helper who is active daily.

aXed, A lot of things bother us! One day i got a lot of suggestions when i opened suggestions and started a new threat, Some sounds told me ''why are u going to do this? None will care''.

Guys, If i got some grammar mistakes, I'm Sorry, I faced problems in my life, My parents changed me from English international school to Arabic school, then again to English, and bad teachers, So yeah.
