Hello community, or should I say hello @aXed (if you're reading this).
Today I've decided to create one of my last (probably last) solo threads since from now on I'll be focusing on working with a group of people and discuss several suggestions/issues.

Before I start talking about the main point of the post, I'd just like to mention to those people who're constantly spamming me on how I'm seeking attention (and for the people who'll say I'm doing this for attention), I encourage you all to check my forum posts, 99% of them are some sort of suggestions, and I honestly didn't know making suggestions is attention seeking... but oh well, let's get to the point of this post.

In the past few days I've been in contact with many administrators and moderators on guildcraft (who're in the project Someday, the project that's trying to make guildcraft a better place), I've talked to members as well and discussed what we should/could do to make guildcraft a better place (We've formed a group of people who're truly interested in helping guildcraft, there's a public recruitment post by TheRagingCrafter).
We've talked about many different topics and issues that are affecting guildcraft and it's player base.
But one of the things that was mentioned frequently was "How will we contact aXed?" "aXed doesn't care if we're interested in helping the server" "We need money if we want to contact him"... Which I slowly realize is the truth.

In my recent posts (suggestions) I've been discouraged to continue making suggestions, and what's truly interesting about this, is that the members who said I should stop are STAFF, they themselves have told me that aXed doesn't care about people who don't have a lot of money to donate...

If you don't believe me, here are some screenshots:





There's 3 examples of people trying to discourage me/others to continue constantly posting suggestions.
The funny part is that most people who said things like that were indeed staff members.

Now, I'm asking you, does money matter that much more to you than hard work and love for the server?
Do you appreciate people who have money more than people who've been administrators on the sever for 2 Years OR MORE and worked so hard for YOUR server, and you still don't know their name (@Thekillermatic 4 HeadAdmin)

Please tell me, tell me if I and the others who're working with me should stop, tell me that you don't care about the server anymore, and I'll quit (Like others told me I should).

Tell me if I should stop believing in the servers future, because the only thing we need right now is you...

I understand you're busy with a job and that you're currently 25, but we need you to be in touch with the community, we just need you to be there to listen to our ideas, currently people that make suggestions feel like they're talking to a wall...

If you simply don't have the time anymore, or if you don't find minecraft fun anymore, give the owner rank to @Rabascm, I mean you can still take the profit from it since you've made guildcraft what it is, but give it to someone who would constantly be in touch with the community and listen to our requests and suggestions.

You probably don't remember this, but a year ago, when you replied to my staff report, you've said this:

And at the time, I didn't really understand your point, I was ignorant, I was full of hate since Tenderman got demoted, and I didn't truly understand what I should've done to help guildcraft.
But now I do, or at least I think I do, but we need you, the players need an owner who they could get in contact with.

What I find sad is that... people with money who didn't do anything for guildcraft get the same rank as players such as @Thekillermatic who have been here for so long... I mean this guy has 2x Your FORUM RATINGS, this guy has been so active on the forums and was always making suggestions and tried to help the server, and he didn't even receive a simple "thank you"...

There's a reason people say "money is the root of all evil".
The truth is, all we currently need to do to make guildcraft alive is, get our owner back, I'm not saying you should spend 1-3hours a day on the server/forums, what I'm saying is that, the time you spend on here, you should spend responding/encouraging others to continue working to make YOUR server a better place.

We can do this, we can make guildcraft better, we can get guildcraft to 2000-3000 players again, but with hard work.

If you find me typing suggestions useless, please tell me in which other way I could help out the server, tell us what we can do to make guildcraft a better place, just tell us a way we can increase the playerbase and we will do it.

So in conclusion, dear @aXed, I would like you to give more attention and trust to the people that actually do dedicate their time to this server, not only to the people that offer you money for ranks etc...
Because you're slowly becoming blinded by the money and the people that offer you it, you don't even know who the actual true hardworking, good and experienced people are.
To sum it up, it needs to be Hardwork and dedication over money, not the other way.

Others and me believe in you @aXed, please take this post seriously and observe it objectively and try and understand our points.

Anyways, I'd like to thank @TigerStrike since he helped create this post and supported me/encouraged me to do it, thank you so much for this.
And I should thank @Thekillermatic for being one of the best staff guildcraft has ever had, keep working hard bro <3.

Server isn't going A anywhere with a owner anda dev who is unmotivated. Try all you want, you believe your trying to make him motivated and enjoy being a server owner, where I think he's just going to money whore the server and do **** all.

If we're going with the same mindset, why did you apply for mod if it's just a "block game"?

It's quite easy to move on and give up on something, to be honest, I haven't even been that active on guildcraft because I don't find it as fun as it was before, I don't even play Minecraft that much (except the time I spend on guildcraft) but I'm trying to change things, not because it would benefit me, but because it would benefit those who still like playing here, it would benefit the staff members, and it would benefit aXed.

Doesn't matter what you face in life, if it's important or not that important, having the mindset of never giving up will always gets you something good.

I mean, most of the people who're saying that guildcraft is dead, have played on this server for 2+ years and got bored, so they're encouraging others just to "quit" because they don't find guildcraft as fun as before.

Guildcraft wont die, if it's taken care of, just imagine, back when you had a lot of fun, someone spammed "guildcraft is dead, just quit" would you feel the same way/respond in the same way like you did now?
What guildcraft needs is change, and in order to see some big changes we need to be able to contact aXed.

Everyone can give up, it's the easiest thing to do. But to hold it together when everyone else underestimates you and when everyone else expects you to fall, now that is true strength.
Doesn't matter if it's something as "silly" (as you would say) as a server on a game, or a life changing situation.

Keep it going, I really like seeing you post, all your devotion just feels really nice. I completely agree with you, all we need is an Owner that demonstrates that he cares for the community and that, would already pump our numbers up!

 

If axed replies saying something useful I'll go get perm banned in game

Rules are shit, what a mess
Community is too y.
So much chaos.
Im only here because I only come to play Anni occasionally, nothing else.
Almost all of my friends already left, my time would even come soon.

Not a drama but this thread is true... a owner of a company in sense should care for the customer, the staffs, and workers. This server will not be a server without the people around.
