This is all about Factions, is if you don't play factions, it's not really going to affect you in any way.

I want to adress the staff problem we are experiencing right now. You might agree, you might not see the problem, but I am going to adress this anyways.

The faction Electro, That's pretty much the problem. They have 5 staff members in 1 faction.

Bunny2hot4u2c - Mod
Minhaz - Mod
TheMauriKids - Mod
Shailex - Helper
g0stMC123 - Helper

This is just not acceptable in my opinion. Their factions is becomming invincible from mutes and bans, because 3/8 mods are part of the same factions. As staff it's impossible to be neutral towards your own faction members, every factions player knows that, but apparently the Headadmin doesn't know that, probably because he never played factions?

There should be a rule that puts a limit on amount of staff in 1 faction, or maybe remove player staff in general. it kinda creates a feeling that one player is ''more/better'' than another...

and this is just one of all problems in my opinion...

A LOT of other players applied, the headadmin just chose them, ask him why he did that...

 

In the screenshot above @Melon333 said that there aren't people applying/worthy that aren't from different factions so I assume he just had to promote those guys. Gl with the issue anyways ;p

I fully disagree on this one, because if you experience any unacceptable behavior from any staff member you should report them on our forums. On top of that you can't force players not to join each other because of their rank / role.

One of your duties as a staff member is to be neutral towards other players, otherwise the job isnt something for you and like i said before you can easily get them demoted if the problem is as big as you described (Their factions is becomming invincible from mutes and bans)

That is actually the problem we have right now, staff members that aren't neutral to every single person. Maybe @Melon333 isn't neutral in choosing staff members either and for that reason he chooses electro members because he likes them?

 

It's not always as easy to report them, how do you report someone for not doing something? We are not staff members, we are supposed to monitor the chat

alright, proof: srg_batman said ''The **** is wrong with you'' in chat, and also accused me of spamming. he got no mute, i called srg_batman srg_deadparents after he started beef with me (batman's parents are dead, get the refference) i get a mute for
''swearing and harrasment'' from minhaz, still trying to figure out when i sweared though. get the problem? I get instantly muted, and he doesnt even get a warning, just because they're part of the same faction...

 

And please explain me why lolocraft got a 3d mute by bunny then?

Well, I totally disagree with this entire post. All the staff members in my faction are neutral, I have even muted one of my faction members for 3 days in the past couple days. The other staff members in my faction, including me, are 100% neutral and will not hesitate to mute their own friends or faction members if they break the rules. Besides that, if they aren't neutral it should be easy for you to get clear proof of this and make a report about it which undoubtedly will result in Melon taking actions towards them/demoting them. So I don't really see the problem, I've only see the staff members in my faction behave in a neutral way since they got promoted. And if they don't it should be no problem for you to show clear proof of that and report it.
