Key word: repeatedly. You're playing a multiplayer game and you expect everyone to be a really good sport and say "gg" to you even though you got rekt. That's simply not the world we live in. The purpose of this rule is to put a stop to people constantly saying "L", "ez", or "noob" to everyone they kill. One time shouldn't hurt your feelings too badly.

Also, you realize that he probably wouldn't even know he was ever muted right? It's only a two hour mute, and it would probably expire before he came online, so muting him wouldn't even accomplish anything.
