I had a problem with claiming/unclaiming the prison cellblock, specifically in CB2. It started out when I unclaimed my CB1 (cell 209) and got a refund. Then shortly after unclaiming, I warped to CB2 and went to cell 502. I had $34,000 on me at that time, and was on rank O. However, the purchase cell option said "You do not have permission". I wonder if there is a cooldown on claiming/unclaiming CBs? Thanks.
Hey, there are currently some bugs on prison and the biggest one is the cell system. It's just not working as it is supposed to. You can't claim some cells, can't add friends etc. I hope this will be fixed next reset which should be soon hopefully, but for now I would suggest trying other cells as some of them don't work at all.
