»[URGENT] Didn't receive rank!

    Hey, guys!

    As some of you might know, I have been on Guildcraft for many years and have watched it expand its games many times, but when I recently went in to try the 'OP Prison', it said that I had no rank, but on other servers such as Skyblock I have my VIP rank which is right! Can staff please add my VIP rank to not only the OP Prison but any other servers that haven't given me my rank!

    Hello, you should make a support ticket and choose the department 'Store related issues' and give some evidence to speed up the process :p

    Hey,
    Global ranks do not apply on op prison. Ranks are per-server now and not global. If you had a global rank before you will keep it on all older servers like factions, prison skyblock etc. If new servers are released you are gonna have to buy a rank for that server only.
