As I have seen in lots of places that people are complains about the lack of developers why not add a new rank jr developer? Think about it if guildcraft only had 2 builders not much would be done but with more developers such as @xBenBenx much more could be done at the same time which means faster updates and no bugs. The jr developers don't need to get payed or anything @aXed just some store coupons like builders have. You could also add a thread called plugin submission The head dev.could be @Rabascm @parle @Arjenpro or @Quinten I am not making this cos I want the rank but to help improve the server XD.
