»Important Staff Situation

Hi guys, so a guy applied on a server which I could not announce here since it would be considered as "advertising". He listed quite a few server experiences on the large servers, in which GuildCraft is included.
He claims that he has been through as a staff member, the highest he reached here was till Moderator. He also stated that he was demoted here for no specific reason, this is what he said about the part for GuildCraft Experiences - "
Guild Craft:

Moderator, Demoted (No Reason)

The [Owner] aXe abused too much, and I was one of the players that he got me demoted for no reason. although I was so active and helpful in the PracticePvP server."

If you are wondering why I am doing this, it is because I have been staff there, I got demoted some days ago for inactivity. I was active on the forums but inactive in-game, I still intend to help the server as an Ex-Staff Member.

You wouldn't expect the owner of the server he's applying on to believe it

 

I might not be understanding correctly, but I don't get the problem. He didn't say anything that bad, and he didn't say it in guildcraft.

Everyone knows axed would'nt demote mods or admins because the head-admin of the server he was demoted on would have demoted him or her instead.

Axed does not have time dealing with every single staff in his server. Thats why he appointed head-admins to help manage the server.

Be more specific on how axed abused.

 

I am asking whether there were any staffs demoted erlier by aXed for no reason, specifically a Moderator. We suspect the applicant lying about his server experiences.

Yes, we added that in our list. But could you please mind providing all the Moderator IGNs that have been demoted before and state the reason. The information won't be post here publicly, it will only be used to ask whether the plauer had any IGN from that list, if he agrees, we will do more research about it, and it will be privately discussed with him, so not one can see the IGNs if you guys want it to not be announced publicly.

The age on my profile is a mistake. It's one year older. I'm turning 14 on August. And age doesn't matter on staff purposes, so stop judging me according my age.

I really don't understand what everyone tries to tell me by saying "Look at your age" or "You're too young". Just because the age restriction here for applying as a staff member is 16 doesn't mean all server forums have the same requirement.

Let me get this straight cause I'm a bit confused.

So basically a random kid applied on a server and wrote That he was a mod on GuildCraft and aXed demoted him for no reason? Probably a fake application or smthing lol what was the guys IGN?

 

Of course we will not post a list of mods that have been demoted because nobody writes down who got demoted and why.
Don't base your applications on experience from other servers, rather ask what motivates them and stuff like that, you won't be able to tell if they are lying or not about experience on Guildcraft or any other server because nobody has got time or will to check that.
Not trying to be rude or anything, just giving info.

 

He said he forgot it, which seems oddto me. He says he changed IGNs a lot. But he thinks "Frosty" was the IGN he was staff on.

I respect your restriction. But could you check if anyone named "Frosty" was a Mod, or did he even join this server.

 

I see a scam of some sort. I saw you post this in another server's forum as well. If that guy wants to be a staff, this isn't the way to go. No one is dumb enough to forget their ign which they type everytime they login.

 

Then I guess I would show all these links to our Owner and see what he does.
