»Why is GC staff ignoring me?

    I got some login problems and admins dont help me, they dont even reply me. I wrote a support ticket tuesday and wednesday but admins dont help me. What is wrong with this staff?

    - Admins can't look into support tickets, i believe only the head admins can,

    Yea but i cant log in to GC and they dont reply me on GC page. I just wanna play GC but staff is so bad. And melon is not helping me tho

    Please understand that you are not the only one who needs to get their support ticket checked, there are only specific higher staffs who can check support tickets and I believe they are busy most of the time.

    Just like Megan said, there is a small number of staff (I think like 6 or 7) that can answer support tickets. The first ones they check re the ones with high priority (maybe that's the reason your support ticket hasn't been answered yet, because you didn't set it in high priority) and then the rest. Meanwhile, could you describe the problem here?

    @BeastMasterMC You said that you wrote your ticket on Tuesday and Wednesday. Did you write two tickets? If so, that could be why they haven't responded yet. If you're being impatient, then they're not going to be in a hurry to help you. You're not the only one that needs help, and they'll get to you as soon as you can.

    And I just checked the date. Did your ticket get answered yet?

    I'm doing support tickets again on July, 23rd

    The ticket was answered on July 23rd.

    Yes, welcome to guildcraft, where the staff never does anything actually useful and are a general annoyance to everyone.

    In fact, this problem is so bad, people have a term for it: 'randy mods'.
