I want attention so im making this,
Im going to leave GC and GCs BT . And im making this post to express my opinion to why i left and what i think the problem is at GC right now, but firstly ill like to thank axed, paddy and the **** load of people i have met over the past 3-4 years
I now have my my own BT with a few other people to do commissions for other servers and making some money, to which i spend on music production software, something i have been learning for the past month.

Axed, mate, fucking legend. loved this server, had doubts at first as it was cracked but wow i loved it and its why i have been here for 3 years, met some real sick cunts and some real wankers but thats good ol' life.

Now the bad part, I am going to speak my mind and i hope no one gets too offended but sees this as some sort of advice. even though i know VERY little about server management im going to use what i know and logic.
now i understand its hard for aXed to find head admins as their is trust issues but we all know GC is dying. you may ask why dose he promote them? Its because they are his best option. Its sad to see GC head this way because of certain events like the EULA and Head admins constantly leaving and it is hard for axed to find new headadmins.

Now the main problem it seems is the lack of motivation from aXed and a few other people, now you may wonder how i know? well if axed was enjoying his time being owner of GC as we speak, he would be in touch with the community, giving us updates (The update log section on forums) and keeping the server in good shape. instead of constantly resetting servers (which isn't a bad thing)
Now arjen, never really spoke to him but he also seems unmotivated, failing to fix bugs and other issues (Look at anni 2.0) and when he dose it takes him 3 months. I know it isn't easy to develop custom plugins and shit but hes been doing it for awhile, he knows how to do it.
An example of motivated people Include xph11, trying his hardest to keep this server alive releasing OP prison, Going to remake eggwars (Got cancelled) and starting anni 2.0.
Raba also seems somewhat motivated with the new website and being a general HeadAdmin, but im not 100% sure so im not going to throw possible false accusations, same goes for remainder of the staff.

Now another problem is there is constant arguments within the staff team and some staff members seem to hate others this isn't only just headadmins but admins and mods.

Another issue is certain people (me included) are treated differently. this is HUGE in discord, ALL members AND staff should be treated the same and NO one should be above the rules. Same issue in game occurs and their should be a punishment for it. Should be a new rank just called "Discord mod" which can mute admins, mod etc. this will take pressure off mods and admins. and mod and admins should be punished if they break a rule in discord, the discord server is in a shitstorm.

Gc has too many servers to what axed earns, No idea what axed earns BUT if hes earning more than what he pays its fine, ignore this paragraph.
Gc has usless servers, they may not profit much, Build battle, survival games and sky grid. More servers = More Head admins which axed is struggling to constantly find.

I hope if your a staff member and reading this it will spark some motivation into you as gc is going to head to this path till axed ether sells the server or closes it.

Well you're right about one thing. No one should be above the rules, and some people are, and it sets a really bad example for the other players when those certain "trusted" people act out.

Any group of people brought together will have disagreements. If those are resolved by leadership quickly, they're not a problem.

No one here knows the financials of each server, but I'd have to imagine Skygrid doesn't cost that much to host, and it sells a ton of ranks for such a small server. I can't speak about the others, but Grid is not a case like Semi where there wasn't any income.

Exactly, tim should've known these problems but he's not been keeping a check on his own server resulting into staff abusing to their heart's content.
