As you have read from the forum thread's title, I have decided to sell off my beast of an island, which in my opinion, might be one of the most valuable profitshops of all time in Guildcraft's Skyblock server.

But why would I say such a narcissistic thing?
I have a very "different" sugarcane farm, which allows me to basically double the amount of sugarcanes from farm designs in similar length, width, and height (if you want the dimentions of the profitshop, it'll be mentioned down below) which would be plenty for me to say it's the most valuable Sugarcane farm. but since it's the island that allowed me to grind to what my levels are today, it also includes many other "interesting" trinkets that might be of value to some people

It's Just An Asking Price, I Have No Problems With Haggling (especially about the skyblock kits and God & Titan)

I Got the 980m because if you had that kind of sugarcane farm, and used it for 4 months straight, you'd get 980m in skyblock money.
To Clear things up, 980m is basically the amount of money you'll get if you follow what i said, the 33m is just some cash to get you up and running at the start

For Example, lets take a Mcdonalds franchise. you Could earn a said amount of money in a said amount of time, but if you dont plan out accourdingly (or just sell the sugarcanes and load up the sugarcane farm in my case) you will not earn as much as you'd expect.

2: no i am not asking for 800 euros. that would be ridiculous even for my tastes. i've given an Asking price of 375 (previously 555 but i decided it was also over the top). I placed an asking price because i know some people might not be able to get that amount of money and might want to lower the offer so they could purchase it. and im fine with that as long as it is not an unreasonable amount.
