*Dramatic Music insert*t Have you nearly rekt someone, only to lose the coins as that random Peasant comes along and steals your kill? Well then, friend, thou had come to the right thread! Today, I will discuss a way to potentially end those ksers, using a Damage counting system! Basically, it works like this: A system will count the damage [x] player did to [y] player. When [y] player runs away from [x] player with 2 Hearts, and [z] player suddenly swoops out of nowhere using his fancy Eagle Kit and kills [y] player, but [x] receives the coins and score for dealing 18 Hearts as to where [z] only did 2 Hearts. You with me guys? Basically the one who did more damage to a player would receive the coins. It can also help reduce those teamers, since the one with the higher damage output will almost gurantee getting the kill. So what do you guys think?
I dont know man . Yes sometimes kill stealers might be annoying , but kill stealing is necessary because most of the time you'll have 5-10 players which makes it hard to get kills and gain coins and score . You can suggest making kitpvp a FFA server . I think that will make the server more enjoyable . ~3bood
Sounds like it would be hard to implement. Say player A did 18 hearts damage to B. B goes and refills and then player C does 17 hearts damage to B and kills him. Player A would still get the coins and score because he did more damage. Or, Player A does 30 hearts damage to B. B runs away and Player A doesn't chase. Player C fights player B and quickdrops him. Player A would get the coins and score again because he did more damage. If this was to be implemented, it would have to have a very short timer. /refill and /repair would both have to set the timer to 0. Also, the peasant kit would have to set it to 0 which could cause problems as well. Besides, once someone ks you, you then have a good reason to target them.
Most of us killsteal the same amount people killsteal us. The damage system would get very annoying if you would get a kill a lot.
eh a good idea but i think it is hard to make it in the game, well idc if it gets implemented or not because who ks's me i can kill him over 10 times so.. xD
