well i press f3 +a like a billion of times and nothing happens and keep having lag back

 

It doesn't work 100% of the time and it depends on why you are having lagback. It doesn't work in 100% of cases.

 

no u just have to wait like 10 seconds when u respawn and dont run instantly when mine resets then u should be fine
and dont run at all, running makes u lag back
