»PLEASE HELP< I HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM

Look guys, when i start up minecraft, it says i have to fill in my e-mail adress or username and password!!! When i do that, it says unknown email or password! now i cant play!!! and when i clicked forgot pw, mojang doesnt even recognizes my email. please help me if you know what to do! maybe i am hacked

Or he's probably hacked and the email was migrated to the hacker's email via Mojang.

Did you contact mojang about this? They have an gmail acc about this problem

 

Moved the thread to the correct section of the forums.

Do you have a premium account?
If yes maybe you typed in the email or password wrong.
If you are sure you did it correctly message mojang about it.

You can always get a cracked launcher tho

 

I did, i emailed them with the mojang site but idk if i will get any response. Thnx for the help anyways...

Hi mooncracker,

Maybe secure your mojang account. Maybe there is some setting for it on mojang site. Just look into it

 

Mojang takes about 2-3 days to reply to your inquiries (speaking from experience).

If you can't log in, go to the support section and email them. Make sure you give them your transaction ID because that is literally everything. That verifies that you own your account. And with that only will they help you.
