Can you pwease make the cat cool down less and instead make cat get weakness in water? Makes sense, Thank you <3

 

Cat is already too op, buffing cat should not be what the staffs will do. Reducing the cool down time will just make cat more annoying to other ppls.

Srsly Cat is too OP, and yet ur asking for a buff? Its just too much. A Cat's life is already too good stahp complaining about the friggin cooldown
