    A while ago, I bought the horseman kit, but now the kitpvp reset or something. For some reason my 5 euros is gone now. So I would like to have the new kit in compensation for my loss.

    1. he's not acting ''solid'' he didn't know what happened to his kid and he asked politely for a new one since he did buy horseman.
    2. he's not demanding a new kit he just wants to get refunded for a kit that he bought.
