You don't. The only way you can become an Owner is when the heaven above you opens up and you see this bright light coming from it. You will then see the higher deities descend from the afterlife to the mortal realm. This basically means that you've been handpicked to lead the server into prosperity, or failure depending on your ways. But please do note that if you take matters into your own hands and defy commandments from the highest order, you would be banished from existence and be rendered obsolete and unworthy of authority, so please handle this newly given responsibility with care.
