    lawl , -.- , I agree that they both inflict potion effects, But lol? Flora only inflicts negative towards opponents and doesnt do any thing towards teammates. While the Bard both do the same, inflicts positive effect to teammates and inflicts negative effects to enemies. Besides, the potion effects of Bard and Flora is completely different FYI.
