HI but first this my pc information
OS:windows 7 utimate 64 bit
RAM:1gb usable
mc version:1.11 forge
mods:-optifine
-more fps
other
interl celeron
intel hd graphic card

ok now that my information
soo this is happen loong time ago its maybe 1 week or more and i not use forge at that time
soo i aks on server "hi my mc soo lag how i cant fix this"
1 man say "buy new pc" but i dont have money for buy
soo i check yt and see this way i use that mod
and play i play with very low setting but i keep have problem my fps is 100-200 my chunk is 1-2
but when i play mc and running the map sometimes its not loader or gone make me can see underground for few secound and last day its 5/15/2017 i get that again and see a hole goind down soo i go to there and find a broken base after that i got gone again after mining some stone{becouse i like stone and redstone }
and i find 8 diamond ore i mining that with spesial pikaxe i called DIAMOND DOUBLE MINER like name say every diamond i mine i got 2-5 diamond every ore soo i mining that and get 63 diamond with my old diamond 24(or someting like this number) i go to spawn and i lost my item and get ban with reason x-ray
soo my quist is
PLAY MC WITH OLD PC AND LAG PC GET BAN?
secound is
USING FPS BOOTS AND LEGAL OPTIFINE GET BAN?
