»why my country have ip range? and bypass

idk if i write this post in wrong board, but i really want to get a bypass to the server. I actually can guess why my country got ip banned but i really want to play in your server. Thank you already.(and my english is a little bit trash i know)

 

aXed banned Turkey's IP range because he doesn't like them & obviously what he likes is really important but not what the community likes.

 

You can make an unban request so we can unban your IP

 

and now my wish is all over the floor. But i can atleast try

 

aXed did it cause of the heavy ddos attacks from Turkey.
