Killer is a great admin and is very active on the forums and has endless suggestions but i have not seen that he has knowledge in plugins or to manage a server. Not saying that he doesn't have these skills, I just haven't seen them. All in all killer is a very dedicated admin and eventually i could see him as a head admin aswell.

 

Have you forgot the one requirement to be head-admin?

-You have to be dutch
