We all know it. One day you go on the forums and you see someone has made a random yet interesting post, and there getting pretty good things because of it. Yet, when you attempt the same thing, not so much luck. In this guide, I will give you tips and tricks to help and allow you to have The Next Big Post.

    1. Use correct Grammar.

Why? This is pretty easy to answer. Using correct grammar makes your post look nice and very time-well spent.

    2. Make a good eye-catching title

Why? Well before I explain, I don't mean use click-bait. The reason you want an eye-catching title is because, that's the main reason why people want to see your post. With interesting topics, people will want to reply their opinions and make fun jokes and laugh!

    3. Gotta love positive messages!

Why? See, making posts bashing the server or generally just being rude towards ranks, staff, and players is something you don't want to do. Yet, may your post get attention, it's still better to just simply make a positive non-targeting post.

    4. Add Detail

Why? For posts asking simple questions or just being in general, adding just a little detail to help out the community understand what your saying is very very good. This is something a lot of people don't put in their posts. Yet, it can make a difference!

    5. NEVER ->RE-POST<-

Why? Seriously, please do not RE-POST. Just because 1 time you weren't as famous, doesn't mean you have another chance to make a good post. Maybe, at the time the topic or question wasn't eye-catching or another big post was going on. Which leads up to the 6th reason

    6. Try to post when other posts aren't getting a lot of attention

Why? Try saving a very good post for a good time. Making a post when another post is getting a lot of attention is very hard to do. Yet, in some cases, it seems pretty easy to override the popular post and make yours the new!

    7. Take bad ratings and dislikes as FeedBack!

Why? Don't ignore dislikes or bad ratings. Sometimes they mean something you can fix. Maybe you did something wrong or your topic wasn't good? Remember, keeping up with everything can help. Dislikes should in fact be taken as FeedBack and used whenever needed. Always! Never ignore the dislikes. They mean something. Sometimes, often people will give reasons why they dislike, so you shouldn't have to worry.

    8. Check over your work!

Why? Often said in school, it's good to check over your work, make sure it goes right! Also, checking over your work for mistakes is very good and needed. Really needed when you make typo's!

    9. Get involved in the community

Why? Sometimes, due to people being more likely to post if you have a good profile picture, and a decent rating, you need to get involved in the community. This way, you can make the posts and people will notice them.

    10. Sit back, and relax.

Why? Grab some popcorn, drink, Netflix, and sit back and wait for those good ratings and replies, as i said in the Number #5, do not re-post, relax, and wait until a tsunami of good ratings come :p;)

    Tips:

-Don't spam: Spamming in forums the same thing can become annoying for some users, better calm down and be patient, youve got a lot of time :D at least you're 85 years old, then worry
-Defend yourself in positive ways: one of the hugest problems in forums is that when you make a post that isnt good enough, you are getting feedback or sometimes insulted, but you dont have to defend yourself swearing, cyberbullying, etc. better calm down, if you are of those that get very angry:mad:, just ignore them, if you are of those :rolleyes:that like the bad comments, defend yourself correctly, with smile and respecting others
-Keep posting and get more involved in the community: This is very important, when the people starts knowing you in the forum / server it will be easier to get more people in your post and make it more popular :D

Thanks for reading until the end ;)

    See ya next time

Ironic that this demonstrates improper grammar. Consider
"... demonstrates considerable time and effort spent on the post."
