So I was thinking of making a build and I needed suggestions for which GPU, aka Graphics card should I buy. I'm not dumb enough to spend $1000+ on a GPU like Titan X so I just wanted a decent card which can run most games like:
    COD-MW 1, 2, 3
    Minecraft (at 200+ FPS)
    Cs:GO at med settings
And some other open-world games on low-med settings

Please don't suggest anything below GT 710 and it would be good if you can find something below $200

As Lolo said, the 1050Ti is good for low-budget gamers. If you decide to buy a more expensive GPU a 1060/1070 will do the job perfectly!

ASUS ROG STRIX Radeon Rx470 i bought this on a offer for around 130-140$ from a friend completely new, whats best about this is it can run almost all games on 1080p or higher.
If i remember right i got around 110-120 fps while playing battlefield 4

ASUS NVIDIA GeForce Gtx 750Ti kinda expensive but good as well

Whatever you do, don't go for the MX series of NVidia. They're mostly built and designed for business tools only.

I use a GT 730. It may not be the best GPU on the market, but I get around 200+ fps at best in Minecraft (w/ OptiFine) and 30-60 on some Unity engine games (w/ Medium - High graphics settings on). But if you really wanna crank up those graphics settings to the max, get a decent amount of framerate, and don't wanna spend alot, I suggest you purchase a GTX 780.

Get like a GTX 1050 I don't know if those have been released yet but they are probably the best ones to get right now

Minecraft mostly relies on your CPU, so your GPU doesn't matter that much.

If you aren't keeping in track why would you recommend something you know nothing about?

    Depends on RAM for me.
I have 4 GB RAM and my CPU is always %5 - %20. MC lags, just 100 fps with optifine

RAM helps as well. If you can dedicated more ram to your minecraft that'd help, obviously. However, minecraft is a CPU reliant game and it's your CPU that matters the most. Your GPU won't have much effect unless you're running 128x+ textrues or shaders.

That's what I kinda have in mind because after a lot of searching, it seems the best card you can get under $200.
